INTRODUCE YOURSELF

After you join the Facebook group, before the challenge begins, you need to introduce yourself. Here is how to do it: Go live or record a 30-45 seconds video of yourself telling us the following:

1. Your name

2. Where you are from

3. What you do

​

Title your video "Introductions: Your Name" so I will know to watch it.

ZOOM ETIQUETTE

We ask that during the Zoom call, it at all possible, to that you have your webcam on throughout the duration of the whole event. This allows your fellow challengers see you, feel your energy and to form a connection. When everyone participates it will help to make the challenge a life changing event.

 

Helpful Zoom Tips: 

1. Beware of your surroundings: If you need to go to the restroom, please turn off your camera if you take your device with you.

 

2. Be appropriately dressed: Just as if you were coming to a live event, please wear clothes and dress appropriately.

 

3. Be present: Show up to the live sessions. You paid for them.
